We are Insurance Providers and we will send you your diabetic supplies on a monthly basis. As a Private Insurance Patient you may be eligible to receive the following supplies:
- Glucose Monitors
- Test Strips
- Lancets
- Lancing Devices
- Insulin
- Syringes
- Alcohol Swabs
- Control Solution, etc.
We will only send the supplies that your insurance company will pay for. You are only responsible for the yearly deductible.

We are Medicare Providers and we will send you your diabetic supplies on a quarterly basis. As a Medicare Patient you may be eligible to receive the following supplies:
- Glucose Monitors
- Test Strips
- Lancets
- Lancing Devices
- Control Solution
- Impotence pump
Medicare will reimburse us directly for these supplies. You are also eligible to get ONE PAIR OF SHOES AND THREE PAIRS OF INNER SOLES EACH YEAR. (You must be measured and fitted for shoes. No mail orders please!)
The only thing you are responsible for is the yearly deductible.
